LM 2 MIS 1 Flexible Plum-Shaped Jaw Elastic Coupling For Pump
Lmz-i split brake wheel type plum blossom coupling is composed of two half couplings with the same shape of claws, brake wheels and elastic elements. The plum blossom elastic elements are placed between the claws of the two half couplings to realize the connection of the two half couplings.
It is mainly suitable for working places with frequent starting, forward and reverse rotation, medium high speed, medium torque and high reliability, such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, hoisting, transportation, light industry, textile, water pump, fan, etc. The working environment temperature is - 35 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃, and the transmission nominal torque is 250 ~ 12500 n m. The allowable speed is 4750 ~ 950r / min.

The quincunx coupling uses the quincunx elastic element to place between the convex claws of the two half couplings to realize the connection of the two half couplings. The structural dimensions of the two half couplings are the same, and their end faces are respectively provided with several convex claws, which are successively embedded between the circular convex parts of the quincunx elastic element. The torque is transmitted between the driving shaft and the driven shaft.
The form of quincunx shaped elastic elements is not limited to circular convex parts, but also rectangular and long arc convex parts. In addition to rubber, the materials of quincunx elastic elements are also made of engineering plastics such as polyurethane elastomer. When the elastic element rotates in one direction, only half of the convex part bears the load and plays the role of transmitting torque. The load distribution on the contact surface of the claw involved in transmitting torque is related to the shape of the contact part. Taking the contact of the thick claw as an example, if other effects are not considered, the load can be considered to be distributed according to the trapezoidal law, as shown in Fig. 5_ 78. As the difference between inner and outer diameters increases, the non-uniformity of load distribution also increases. In addition, when the two half couplings have relative displacement and there is a gap between the working surface of the elastic element and the convex claw of the half coupling, the non-uniformity of load distribution will further increase, Not only the load distribution on the working surface of one claw is uneven, but also the load between the loaded claws tends to be uneven. The use of arc-shaped contact surface can improve the non-uniformity of load distribution on the working face. Therefore, it can transmit large torque, but its elasticity is slightly reduced. The plum blossom coupling is characterized by a small number of parts, small overall dimensions, easy manufacture of elastic elements and high bearing capacity. However, during assembly and disassembly, the two halves of the coupling need to be moved along the axial direction. It is mainly applicable to the transmission shaft system with less demanding requirements for compensation performance and buffer reduction, especially in the transmission of medium and small power.
